I had to have my parathyroid glands removed and Dr. Turner was excellent in explaining the procedure and answered all my quetions and concerns. The procedure went well. Dr. Turner was very knowledgeable about what to expect and was very thorough from beginning to end. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The entire staff including his secretary Lizette was a joy to meet. The surgery and office appointments were scheduled timely and without hassle. I'm highly satisfied.

Although this comes a little late, I want to nevertheless give voice to my experience as Dr. Turner's patient. He was thorough, explained why it was best to go ahead with my thyroidectomy, the odds of complications & more. (I suffer from anxiety. This was key.) The surgery went well & Dr. Turner was right there before & after the procedure reassuring me. At my follow-up visit he went over all the do's and don't, which I appreciated. Most importantly, never felt rushed. He's a 5-star specialist.

Dr. Turner was professional, skilled and knowledgeable. On the day of my operation (minor inguinal hernia repair) he succinctly discussed with my partner and I what to expect and answered any questions with crystal clarity. Within 48hrs I received a follow-up class from him personally to check on my condition. His assistant, Leezette, was compassionate, efficient and professional. She made the entire process flow seamlessly. Now several weeks post-op with no issues. Will be running soon!
Dr Turner is an excellent surgeon, who has a great bedside manner. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and was very reassuring during my recent surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Turner.
Dr. Turner and his staff are great. His manner is calm and to the point. He took time to explain the procedure, shared information about the risks and recovery, and didn't rush the appointments. I received follow up calls on the day after surgery from Dr. Turner and from a representative of GBMC. From scheduling through discharge instructions, all information was clearly communicated.
From start to finish Dr. Turner made me feel welcomed and he kept me informed. He eased my fears about the surgery and gave my family instructions after the surgery to ensure they too were informed. Dr. Turner contacted me a few days after my procedure to check on me and answer any questions I had. He and his staff were great.
His Confidence and knowledge makes me feel that I'm In good hands.
