Dr. Joel Turner is an excellent surgeon. I had two procedures done by him and each time he made me feel comfortable. Everything we discussed in the office went exactly as planned. Also, I want to thank his staff-- always friendly and willing to answer my questions.
Dr. Turner was great!! I was very impressed with his professionalism, demeanor and knowledge. I had as great an experience with surgery as you can get. Excellent bedside manner as well.
Spent time explaining procedure and answering my questions at initial appointment, so that I was able to make the best decisions on my treatment. Surgery went well and was taken very good care of by entire team that treated me from admitting to release. Dr Turner was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and patient through entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent and professional surgeon.
My interaction with Dr Turner was excellent He listened, responded and clarified any concerns, questions, or issues expressed. The surgical procedure was perfectly planned and has proven successful, based on a one week follow-up visit.
I was referred to Dr Turner for possible parathyroidectomy. Prior to his recommendations Dr Turner thoroughly sent me for numerous testing, and as a result, I was confident in his surgery recommendations. He was patient with our fears and answered all our questions. His assistant Leezette was excellent in setting appts for testing, liaison with questions. Dr. Turner removed my thyroid gland two weeks ago. He is an excellent surgeon and an even better person. I was never in any pain. I was very nervous because this was the first major surgery I have had in my life. He explained everything to me prior to my surgery and he really relaxed me. I would highly recommend Dr. Turner to anyone who needs this type of surgery.
Finally a doctor who listened and helped me to get my quality of life back. I could not have had a better surgery experience. Dr Turner is an exceptional surgeon and his admin, Leezette, is absolutely amazing.
I was extremely nervous about about my surgery. However Dr. Turner explained my diagnosis and the surgical procedure in terms which I was able to under to comprehend. He wasn't offended when I asked for a second opinion and I was reassured the surgical decision was the best decision. I was told if any one could do it, it was Dr. Turner.
