Joe Willy's is AWESOME! I've been a customer for over 30 years. Wish they were closer...I'd be there very week!
I'm not from Rockwall but I'll make the drive to eat their hamburgers and a basket of fries and a large vanilla shake
In case you didn't know, cops eat out alot due to them being mobile most of the time. That said when you see a bunch of cops eating somewhere you know it's likely good food. Currently there is half the Rockwall police force two constables and a fire house here with a line out the door. And trust me when I say it's for good reason.
The best chios/queso, Philly and peanut butter milkshakes ever. I'm hooked. I will be back ever time I come back to Texas!!
