We have had two dealings with this agency, both as buyers through a Trulia listing. Each encounter the agent has been more concerned with informing us of the hot climate and sellers market rather than assisting us as educated, prospective buyers. We asked for comps of the area which we never received but, were instead invited to a call consisting of Joe Smith and a team lead whereby they were going to advise us of what to offer. Insulting and unprofessional.
