I approached Joe looking to buy a commercial property for my business as we were losing our lease and our new building plans had just fallen thru We needed a large building and we needed it ASAP! He stepped to the plate and not only was looking HARD to find us a building he also worked hard trying to find me a rental for the interim . He went out of his way to find me great people to work with . I not only used Joe to buy my last house, but he was so knowledgeable, dependable, attentive, professional, and helpful that he is the only person I wanted to help me when I sold that house and started searching for my new one. I have worked with other realtors in the past, and none ever came close to the Joe's expertise. You wont' know what I meet by this until you meet him, then you will understand!

Joe help me sell my business about 5 years ago. I had a situation which I did not want any advertising and no signage in front of business. I did not want my employees to know I was going to sell. With Joe's contacts he was able to get plenty of showings and the business sold.

Joe is an outstanding relator! He helped my wife and I purchase two homes and sell one home. He is honest and gives good guidance. He has outstanding knowledge of the market. He is always accessible and returns all phone calls and emails promptly. I would say that his knowledge of the industry is above average. We have recommended him to many friends and they have all been satisified with his services as well.
