Truly one of the worse uncaring and dismissive physicians I've ever been unlucky enough to see. As someone else stated, MAYBE 4 minutes spent with me, never touched my neck, no real questions, did not give any guidance, absolutely nothing. After 20 years of neck issues that I'm finally trying to address, the dismissive attitude of this doctor just makes me want to throw in the towel. Professional attitude and trustworthy
Very welcoming. Very interested in our health concerns. Took charge in a very positive way. Our time spent was very satisfactory.
After losing hope with other neurosurgeons, Dr. Benard was a breath of fresh air. He personally reviewed my MRI, explained everything in detail, and—most importantly—validated what I’ve been feeling for so long. For the first time, I left a doctor’s office feeling heard, understood, and respected.
Dr. Jones is a caring doctor with the patience to listen to you and made sure you understand all discussions. Dr Jones has excellent bedside manner.
Always takes time to explain. He's operated on me 3 times for back and neck. Great personality, surgeon and entire staff.
I highly recommend Dr. David Jones at Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine in Greensboro. He came highly recommended by two people I trust, and I ended up referring myself when my primary care doctor wouldn’t give me a referral.I was dealing with severe leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. Dr. Bernard is fantastic! He has great bedside manners, eased my anxiety, and treated my aneurysm! I couldn't recommend him enough!
