My husband and I have both been patients’ of Dr Joe Bernard. As an RN of 37 years, I have known many , many Doctors and Dr Bernard is among the very best. I am very particular about who I trust my family’s care with. I like that Dr Bernard is extremely down to earth and also extremely knowledgeable. He listens to the patient and family members. I had spinal surgery performed by him twice in 2014. He is now seeing my husband. I feel very safe with him caring for my husband.
