UPDATE: So after almost a week of waiting for Joe Cooper Ford Yukon to issue a reimbursement for double charging me for labor, not doing maintenance they charged me for, and replacing parts that their own invoice said were good - I have still heard nothing - beyond the promise of “we’ll get you a check Monday” and then “we should have a check today or tomorrow” - it’s now Thursday. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. You can tell they just want to make a buck and don’t care about safety. Sold my husband a truck with numerous things wrong, after “checking it” and saying we pride ourselves in checking used vehicles well. So many things wrong that could have injured my family if we hadn’t noticed them. Beware!

When we picked our truck up he showed us how to use the ford app. All the apps on the screen. Also had someone come out and show us all the stuff he didn’t know about!
