Service department is terrible. On more than one occasion including today, we’ve had a appointment set for an oil change only to get there and be told despite having the appointment there will be a two hour wait. Very unprofessional, very frustrating. Definitely would not recommend this place for anything.

They were able to get me a good deal on the car I want and had most of the approvals and paperwork done before I got there!! We were out of there in a new car in an hour and a half!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!
I bought a Ram 1500 off their used lot a few months back. Both the sales manager and sales woman actually got mad that I wasn't just going to give into their terms. I made them actually have to work for their commission and negotiate the terms. By far the worst customer service i've seen yet. Even worse than David Stanley. I won't buy from them again.

I have been disappointed each and every time I shop at this location. The first time, I was highly offended by a salesperson. He made many comments about my age, gender, and salary. This was years ago. The second time, I purchased and there were many challenges. They attempted to fix the situation with a few gas and oil change vouchers. The third time (today) they made an unreasonable offer on my vehicle. I have had multiple other MUCH higher offers.
