Had an awful experience trying to have a vehicle serviced, they expected us to leave our pickup on their lot until a part came in a week later, Diffee ordered our part and fixed in one day when it came in. Then had another awful experience trying to trade, went to Mainer ford and got 10k more on our trade and they traded joe cooper for the vehicle we originally wanted on their lot.

45 minutes. It took the new dealership 45 minutes to figure out my electrical problem. Joe Cooper had it a total of six weeks and gave up. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
