These guys would not help us get out of our Ford Explorer and into a Mustang!! Went to Diffee in El Reno and we’re taken care of with respect and quickly!! These salesmen aren’t in it for the customer they are in it to line their pockets with $$ Go to Diffee in El Reno they have now sold us 3 vehicles and we will never shop anywhere else. Especially at any Joe Cooper dealership!

Worst car buying experience of my life. Sales great. But after that all down hill. Finance are liars and don’t know what’s going on. Took months to get titles (bought two vehicles) and payment information. Takes months to get in for service even after buying an extra plan with them that is supposed to provide oil changes and rental cars. Now service department wants me to put off doing repairs that they caused just doing a routine oil change.
