Inquired about a truck last night online. Was contacted by Dusty this morning around 9:30 about it. Told him which one I wanted and gave him all the info on my trade. Had to text him back at 12:30 bc I hadn’t heard back from him and was told he was with a customer and would start crunching the numbers after he finished with them. Never heard back. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have contacted the service department going on five months trying to schedule an appointment for a few recalls I have on my car. Both times I was transferred from a appointment coordinator to the service department with no answer. Bought a new 2018 Explorer and during the new car detail they damaged the front fender and grill. Blake, the sales manager told me good luck proving they did it and refused to show me the video. This is how they treat you after you purchase a $40,000 vehicle. Avoid this scandalous place! Go anywhere but here to buy a Ford!
