If I were you I wouldn’t waste your time at Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond. The are no different than any other dealership and they have no integrity. I reached out to them over a week ago about a vehicle I was interested in. I wanted to confirm that it was 4wd. No one got back to me. They just wanted my contact info. They play a new game of bait and switch. Saw a NEW truck we wanted to buy on the internet at the price we wanted to pay. when we got their a sales person came out with us and we showed her the one we wanted. She went in and came back out to us and told us that the NEW vehicle was just put into the service program and they CAN NOT sale it to us until it gets 2000 miles on it. That is not a new truck to me. Something wrong here if you ask me. I guess this is how JOE COOPER runs their business.
