I have bad credit but prequalified through *********** who has my current car loan. Sent them the info with the price on their site. Site also had a $500 off coupon. They called back telling me I was denied through *********** but approved through their lender who charged $800 to finance it so they tacked it onto the price. Then wanted to charge an additional $500 for doc fees. If I were you I wouldn’t waste your time at Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond. The are no different than any other dealership and they have no integrity. I reached out to them over a week ago about a vehicle I was interested in. I wanted to confirm that it was 4wd. No one got back to me. They just wanted my contact info. So I drove down to check it out for myself. I was greeted by Hollyann and asked to see the vehicle. They play a new game of bait and switch. Saw a NEW truck we wanted to buy on the internet at the price we wanted to pay. when we got their a sales person came out with us and we showed her the one we wanted. She went in and came back out to us and told us that the NEW vehicle was just put into the service program and they CAN NOT sale it to us until it gets 2000 miles on it. That is not a new truck to me. Something wrong here if you ask me. I guess this is how JOE COOPER runs their business.
