They have a policy that if something was promised during the sale, and not fulfilled within 30 days that the company isnt held to it anymore!!I bought a used car from this dealership, my sales *** was ******. I was going to contact the general manager of Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond, but after reading others reviews I thought it a waste of time.I have been waiting for three weeks for the service manager to call me regarding a recall issue, but even with reminders to that departmentcrickets.I have been a long time loyal customer but, I will take my business elsewhere.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. If you like to deal with salesmen with absolutely no integrity, then this would be the place for you. They lie soooooo much they can't even keep up with them all. We found a truck online and inquired about its availability, I was contacted within five minutes by ***** ******** via text that it was indeed still available. This place should be investigated the way they handle disabled people is absolutely horrible there is no help they treat you as trash. This company and people are liars and thief's they even ran my credit and wouldn't tell me the results or my options these dealership is horrible this cannot be legal

Employers are toxic and bully employees daily, please do not apply at this job. salesmen will steal from you, I heard it everyday when I worked for them.

We purchased a 2021 Chevy 2500 truck from Joe Cooper in Dec. of 2023. We flew in from out of state to pick the truck up and had a good experience with Jay our salesman. We purchased a used vehicle from a dealership because they claim to have a mechanical inspection and Joe Cooper offers a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. In 2021 we went to Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond to see about purchasing a **** Maverick at the time none were available and they were behind in production. We placed a $500 deposit down and waited. In August of 2023 we got a call that our vehicle was ready. We engaged with the dealership did not like the way we were treated or the terms of the vehicle that was not what we wanted or agreed to. If they owe you money, you better not leave the office until you have it in hand. They wont call you back (especially finance ***** and all voicemail boxes are full. Ive been trying to get them to send me the check we agreed to in the office for months now.

They pulled my credit six times despite me coming in with my own pre-approved financing. Ive been getting letters in the mail for weeks saying theyre unable to approve my loan from banks Ive never heard of. They also changed prices by the minute trying to slip past me.
