Had a negative experience buying our vehicle and was advised they no longer do window stickers(should have walked away then). Not long after purchasing found the window sticker for our car and realized they charged almost $10000 over sticker. Never would have purchased had we known that. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again

I would give zero stars if I could. We have been screwed around by the ** **************************** and the salesman. We paid 12 thousand cash and was told the check engine issue would be addressed *** fixed. We were lied to for 4 weeks and when they looked at it to fix it was then told it would be 8 thousand the gm was willing to cut cost to **** for us. There is no way after paying ***** we could 3 thousand more. BUYER BEWARE.

Would not provide a loaner vehicle while correcting 2 recalls on a Mach ** It stated in the recall notice that they were authorized to provide a rental. Did not work with me to get on a waiting list or let me know when one would be available, I was told they would not be able to provide one.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I visited *** Cooper's website and was offered a $500 coupon. One of their sales team emailed me, asking if they could help, and I asked about a car that was priced online at $13,500. I was told the car was not currently at the dealership. The next business day the online price was increased by $1,000. When they told me the car was in, I made an appointment for a test drive the following business day. I purchased a brand new 2021 F150 Platinum. This is the service I get. "go to another dealership"! The worst part is, the truck had no problems or errors messages before service.
