My wife bought her jeep 2 months ago , for the last two months I’ve been trying to get the cigarette and weed smell out of it . Couple weeks of having it I opened the visor and there was nothing but weed stickers covering the mirror so good job detailing it . I brought it in a month later because the key fobs lost Communication to the vehicle and they wouldn’t do anything , they told me it needed to be programmed again and an update . What can I say? The word rude sums it up. I was treated terribly. Those men in the service department are despicable. I was treated like I was stupid. I knew exactly what I needed to be done and I knew what part I needed to be replaced. I was mortified by just how little those pencil necks know about treating women customers. And, to top it off, my car was bought there! I demanded to speak to the manager. He did come out, but was extremely condescending towards me.
