I bought an extended warranty when I bought my 2013 Captiva bc I know how valuable they can be. I have always loved Basil and recommended them, but this experience has been a nightmare. I had to go threw multiple oil consumption tests to see why my car was losing oil and eating gas. This process took from Oct-June. Ok I can accept that. They give me a date of June 27 to bring my car in for the repairs. They tell me it’s going to be covered under the engine for life program. I...Continue Reading
