Sales department was great, very happy with the 2017 Equonix, 2018 Redline Traverse and 2018 Redline Silverado but the service department is not so great. Had to have some warranty work done and it's a struggle to get a rental and when I do I am responsible for payment as well as payment for labor on warranty work. Going on vacation tomorrow, but stuck in a limbo with a rental I cant take over state lines.

Have not had an issue with the service department since we purchased two vehicles-one in Aug 2018 and Dec 2018. In fact, we like the service we get there. However on our last visit on July 16, we brought our 2018 Equinox in for an oil change. The work was done quickly but shoddily. The interior of both front seats were left with dirt or grease marks.
