I was supposed to see an SUV today. Made an appointment and they knew I was going to buy it today but instead they sold it knowing I had an appointment. I would not recommend. And sad thing is this would have been my second Basil vehicle. You lost a return customer.

My car has been at service for nearly a month and it's still not fixed. My tires keep seizing up and they can't find anything wrong with it. The ABS module needs to be replaced and it's still under warranty. I drove it 20 miles home this evening after picking it up yet again with no resolution, pull in my driveway, and the tires seize up again. Have been going to joe basil Chevrolet for about a decade now... bought over 15 vehicles from them some good, some not so bad...just bought my equinox yesterday, drives smooth and everything seems great 👍 could have done a better cleaning job and the process could have been done a lil faster but overall sales guy was accommodating and helpful !!! Very long story, but the short story is due to a series of mistakes by them, my traverse that was hit by a deer took 2 1/2 weeks to get back. After the first initial 5 days of bot hearing anything i called my insurance and was shocked to hear basil hadn’t even sent over the estimate yet. The dealership was wonderful. They listen to me from the start about my pricing which truck I wanted and help get me in exactly what I need. And after buying my truck I received a thank you package at my front door. You just don't see that anymore. Highly recommend.
