This was my initial appointment with CRNP Gilchrist. Due to a recent medical issue pneumonia….double with sepsis, it was difficult to know if she understood that I was not diabetic until I had the seven day hospital experience. Hopefully, we can solve all the issues concerning my previous experiences and the post hospitalization situation. Plans to meet with a cardiologist from your group .
