AMAZING OFFICE!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and answered my hundreds of questions. I would recommend this office over & over again. Thank you Dr. Langer for assuring me that everything I have going on is "normal".
I have called the office three times trying to get someone to help me with getting a patience assistance program application emailed to them so that i can get my medication and three times I've been put on hold, transferred to front desk, and three times they have hung up on me. Customer service is terrible. I have been going to this office for several years and it hasn't gotten any better. I guess it's time to find another provider. Dr Langer is awesome, takes her time with you to find out what is going on and gives you her full attention. She does not rush in and out. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I definitely recommend her!!
