Terrible doctor, her office scheduled me for a procedure knowing that an aesthetician would need to numb me. I show up, and when the doctor comes in she says they can’t do it because the aesthetician is on vacation and I’ll have to come back. I scheduled the procedure 24 hours prior, you didn’t know she’d be on vacation? Seriously a joke. She then had the nerve to tell me that my procedure was “cosmetic” (it’s not) so she wouldn’t bill insurance but would “give me a good cash discount” run!
Dr. Langer is an outstanding doctor. Her bedside manner is exceptional, and she is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer all questions thoroughly. Her honest guidance has been invaluable. Thank you, Dr. Langer!
AMAZING OFFICE!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and answered my hundreds of questions. I would recommend this office over & over again. Thank you Dr. Langer for assuring me that everything I have going on is "normal".
I have called the office three times trying to get someone to help me with getting a patience assistance program application emailed to them so that i can get my medication and three times I've been put on hold, transferred to front desk, and three times they have hung up on me. Customer service is terrible. I have been going to this office for several years and it hasn't gotten any better. I guess it's time to find another provider.
