Jocelyne has been an amazing, professional, hair stylist for me since 2013. I am a committed and returning client. I love her salon and the other braiders as well.

I needed help removing my braids. She immediately grabbed scissors and cut about 10 braids at once. I told her my hair was longer than she cut. She explained that she could see my hair through the braid and rudely asked do I want to cut the braids off myself. She showed me how long my hair was and proceeded to cut off more braids… She did not do a test braid…..got home and noticed my hair was cut shorter with blunt uneven cuts. I want to give them zero stars…. Very rude….unprofessional. 🤬
