The promo department really needs to communicate with the security & usher department. The food is horrible and overpriced. Well the overpriced is about the standard of all venues... but the arena itself is awesome. Not a bad seat in the house. The ushers and elevator staff are friendly and are as helpful as they can be with the lack of information about what is going on.
