The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. We went to Gila River Arena for the first time. Everyone was so nice even though we were for the opposing team playing the Coyotes. Easy access to the arena, and it was easy getting out (it as a Tuesday night so that might have something to do with it).
I've been here twice for an event staff were amazing and all very.Nice
Was great. Good seats, good sight lines, good game. Only downside: lame crowd. "He shoots he scores hey goalie you suck" after a Coyotes goal and "hey ref how much time is left?" before the final minute of a period is announced? You don't hear lame stuff like that at pond hockey with elementary school kids. Next they'll be doing the wave.

Was there for my company's national event. Great venue. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Really wish the wifi signal was stronger. I was not the only person that had an issue with signal. Not a deal breaker by any means. Will definitely be back!
Very accommodating. Well organized and super comfortable seats no matter where you sit. Our second large event there. I love Phoenix.
