RecommendedBest Groomer in town. JoAnn takes care of all the dogs like they are her own. Always clean environment and friendly staff. My Dog is actually happy when I drop her off where at past groomers she was shaken by it. I‘ve referred several friends and they all sing the same praises!
They did such a great job on my baby benji, and for a great cost. Will be continuing to bring him here

I moved back to Colorado Springs in 2018 and I had two dogs. A 8 year old miniature poodle rescue who hates to have her hair cut and a brand new 10 week old standard poodle that was just a little crazy. JoAnne is so gentle and loving with Jazzy and now when I take my standard to get cut by Febe he doesn’t want to go home with me when he is done. Love these ladies. 10 stars.
I have never found a more amazing person to care for my 120 lb baby LOL I really struggled with finding a good place for him because he's a rare breed and people don't have a clue how to shave him nor are they interested in learning and so I took a chance coming here 7 years ago and won't go anywhere else. My dog gets so excited when he sees her office and sings to her and has no problem spending the day hanging out with her, even if he is afraid of the chihuahuas there. Definitely five star service every time.
Best groomer in town. Moose always looks great and he doesn't mind going. Highly recommend them!

I have only ever read horror stories about grooming locations so I was extremely hesitant to take my dog in even for something as simple as a bath and a nail trimming.so when a good friend recommended Joann's Ruff Cuts I wasn't expecting much but the price was amazing for a full service for my pug, they had everything done in a short period of time, and he looks amazing! He looks like a brand new dog I wish I would have heard about this place years ago
