Nurse manager was extremely rude and nasty in regards to my copayment question, she said "You need to take it up with your insurance company, pay your bill on the portal app." First of all I made my payments. She embarrassed me for everyone to hear everything in the waiting room. No name tags, and staff is clueless with copayments. My insurance card doesn't have a price for copayments, so why do I need to pay on the portal app?
