I have absolutely loved Dr. Yao's office for my son Dylan for the last 3 years. The only bad thing I have to say is that they don't take Medicaid, so we had to switch to a different doctor for him. Dr. Yao and her nurse were very caring and loving. They explained everything they were going to do to him before they did it and made sure I understood. I felt very comfortable asking questions. Dylan got Covid-19 last year and Dr. Yao made sure to check on his health status during his sick time and even put in preventive prescrip... read more
It’s a no! The staff on the phone was not very pleasant with me regarding a new patient appointment. Not sure how they would treat us coming in to the office.
Dr. Yao and her staff are very professional. They responded phone call in time and took good care of my baby. They have followed up after a sick visit during the weekend. We highly recommend her.
