Dr. Hulka I have nothing but good things to say on my first visit for ear wax removal. Very professional, very knowledgeable. The wait time was reasonable. On my second visit, my wait time was about an hour but I believe it was an unusual circumstance and again my ear wax removal experience was good
I have brought all 3 of my children here for over 17 years now and I never have had a problem. A few times I've had to wait longer than I thought I would, then again so is everyone else. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She has always explained everything to me so I can understand and told me the truth on some things that could be possible even if it scared me. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!
Terrible experience. Instead of just charge me copay for the doctor's visit, they made a wax removal as a separate "surgery" in my billing statement so I have to pay twice for it. After I started asking why it is so (my insurance company was ready to pay it, if it's filed properly) the stuff just ignoring me and doesn't respond to my messages. Never go back.
