I viewed the home and asked about the pet policy and if foster neokittens could be approved. She got extremely aggressive and confrontational at that question. I didn't even get the chance to explain that I don't currently do it and was just hoping to find a home that would let me start, but it didn't rule out this home. The advertisement said, "Will consider neutered cats" and NO DOGS. The prospective tenant answered the initial question before viewing the apartment about pets, "I have a cat." She came to the appointment to see the apartment and at the end of the time there asked, "Would it be ok to foster a (pregnant) cat and raise the babies for four weeks." I said "No".
