The very best psychiatrist. He listens, ask questions, and together decisions are made about your mental health care. I highly recommend Doctor Benitez, he has my total trust. His staff is very professional.
First, you never actually "see" this doctor, only over the phone which is very cold and impersonal in my opinion. I had two appointments with Benitez. March and April. When we scheduled our appointments I had trouble speaking with him over the phone. I could hear him but he could not hear me. I just got a new phone, I am 70 years old and I am not very tech savvy. After days of trying to contact them back,(they are very hard to reach and set up appointments), we eventually set up an new appointment for the next month in April... read more
Support staff not supportive, I never got a chance to meet the doctor I had some trouble accessing a link they sent to me and even after I spoke to " Tracy" to explain the situation she was very condescending towards me and belittled me on the phone ..support staff will bill you for the entire visit whether you go or not no matter what the circumstances are they lack understanding and empathy. All they really want is the money
Dr. Benitez is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and provides excellent feedback. His staff are professional and courteous.
After mailing my cancellation policy papers in now they say Dr. Benitez is not taking new patients????😔
