I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved here, but I recently discovered they’ve been adding an extra fee for using my debit card, which is illegal in California. Finding out this has been happening every visit makes me feel completely betrayed. I trusted this business, and it’s upsetting to learn they’ve taken advantage of that trust. This situation needs to be investigated, and customers deserve honest and lawful practices.

I gave them a star because they took me in as a walk in and I didn’t have to wait. The person that did my manicure and pedicure did a good job but wasn’t friendly. They DO NOT STERILIZE the instruments. They have them in pouches but aren’t sterile. They open them through the sticky part I’m sure to reuse the pouch which is one time use. My pedicure massage wasn’t good she was like pinching the whole time. The floors aren’t clean.

Tracy is always the one who does my acrylic gel manicure and gel pedicure for almost 5 years. She's meticulously great and made my nails last long, strong and look wonderful. My nails always steal the scene everywhere I go! I love going back there every month and all of them have pleasing personalities!
