Christy Rice is the most unprofessional and rude individual! Worked for her as a contractor and decided to stop working with her because of her arrogance and attitude was unbearable! To make matters worse she actually had a nerve to go and leave a bad review about my company and how i was harassing her office after 8pm, i am not sure in what world she lives in writing email and calling are two different things. We had the pleasure of renting through Windermere for a year and a half. Tricia Jacobs was an excellent property manager - she was always very prompt, understanding and personable. We were fortunate to have not had any issues with the property we were renting, but I have no doubt she would have had everything taken care of if we had! Our move-in and move-out processes went very smoothly and Tricia was right there to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend renting a property from Tricia!
