From both sides, renters and owners, AVOID. Plumber messed up on 2nd floor toilet so it ran and leaked for 12 hours. Begged them to send someone to assess water damage and dry it out- they said it’s no big deal it’ll dry (it was literally pouring through the ceiling, the drywall below was squishy, as a homeowner it was obviously an issue that needed addressing!) Our rental was managed by Tricia Jacobs through this office. She worked very hard to ensure that both we and the owners of the property were happy. I always felt that she was an advocate for us, and was more than happy to work out creative solutions to problems. I would definitely want to rent in a property managed by her (and this office) again!

5 star agent! Tricia Jacobs handled my high-end single family residence for 2 years while I was out of state. She found excellent tenants that treated the home as if it were their own. I couldn’t ask for more! This was a great experience and she is THE BEST property manager – worth every penny!
Spotty on getting back to you. Looks out only for her interests, not the homeowner. Is never proactive. Of she is able to utilize your commisinformation or profits so she will do less work and will be less at risk, she will be more willing to do this. What am I paying her for? I'm better off managing the property on my own.

I contacted Windermere Property Management/JMW 4 years ago. Tricia Jacobs has been a top-notch property manager, accessible, & responsive. I was skeptical in the beginning however, she put my worries to rest, found excellent tenants, provided me with updates, and everything has been seamless. I highly recommend this office but most importantly Tricia Jacobs will treat your property as if it were her own.
