Horrible communication between the service counter and the technicians. Zero accountability and nobody's in charge.
So today I had some new Bridgestone Battlax tires installed, purchased the tires online. They gave me pretty decent rate on getting them installed. Had all the work done in about two hours. Kay, the service manager, was awesome to work with. I am going to recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps, there maybe a Rebel in my future.
Waited almost an hour to Demo ride the Alpha one they had up on Tollgate today and they never returned to the park to check to see if people were waiting on them. Even after we told one of the reps we will be returning to check it out.

Great people went there to buy my son all new gear and a helmet they were very helpful and patient with us
