Joyce hid the expected outcome from us. On several occassions, her staff made an effort to get the truth to us, but she would blame them for the problems, and even fired someone when we were told she knew what was going to happen. When the installation was bungled, we regretted believing her all along and wished we had listened to her staff. Look elsewhere.
Chose another designer, you'll be happy you did. – As JM's client, I felt the staff was delinquent in returning calls and meeting with me. It seemed as if they had something better to do than business with me or that their minds were elsewhere. More importantly, the contract reflected and exorbitant price. Many false pretenses were experienced during the course of our project. which were disappointing. Overall, I felt had.
