I noticed my furnace was leaking condensation from its flue pipe and thought, "This can't be good!" After calling DTE Energy's home protection plan and getting the runaround (they couldn't come out for four days!), I called JLH. Dave Lee, JLH's co-owner, came out the next day and quickly diagnosed my problem--my chimney liner had worn out and needed replacing. My AC stop working yesterday, and JLH Heating came out at 7pm and got the unit running.
I would highly recommend JLH for any of your HVAC issues. I'm very satisfied with the job done, but I'm more impressed with the customer service that I felt compelled to write a review. I got my furnace replaced for a fair price. Dave ran into an issue that could have affected how my furnace ran and without extra costs he corrected that too.
