If you’re looking for a home inspector, the search stops here. Jason and Melissa are hands down the best in the business. Professional, efficient, and most importantly they return your report back very quickly. Jason showed up early and evaluated the outside of my house before I even got there. He takes his time and explains every breakdown of a problem or future problem your house may have. There is no one else i would recommend but JLC Home inspections to my family and friends.

Can't say enough about how glad I am that I went with JLC Home Inspections for my first home purchase. The company was professional and caring from the moment I called to set an appointment to the end of the whole process. Jason was thorough and excellent during and after his inspection and really took his concerns and shared everything with me. They delivered on all levels, the type of service and treatment that a customer should receive. 5 stars and wouldn't want anyone else inspecting any future houses of mine.
Jason and Melissa were so unbelievably amazing and professional. Jason took his time and evaluated each part of the house that needed to be inspected. He reviewed everything with you and explained what to look for on the re-inspection. Melissa was very friendly and accommodating and made sure everything was set for the inspection. Melissa was wonderful when scheduling and Jason was personable and professional- he was thorough on site and in the report. I appreciate the informational notes (such as where the water shut off valve is and what we should keep an eye on for proper home maintenance). I will most certainly recommend JLC.
I found JLC just from a google search and was so happy that I did. Everything was easy - scheduling, filling out the forms, radon test, etc. Jason was thorough, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole inspection. We had the report less than a day later complete with labeled pics and detail. Also used a drone to take pics from above, which was really cool!
