Jason has performed two home inspections for us and would definitely use him again. He takes time to perform a thorough inspection, as well as answers any questions you have. His inspection reports are comprehensive and available the next day. There is also a tool on the website after receiving your report where you can make a checklist of everything that was found, this was especially helpful. It is without hesitation that I recommend JLC Home Inspections for all of your inspection needs!
Best home inspector I have ever used. Great communication during the whole process, and explained every issue found and the degree of concern with all issues. They were very quick with getting me the complete home inspection report. I had absolutely no complaints with JLC Home Inspections.
