James and the team gave my Audi s3 a major service yesterday; engine, dsg, haldex, filters and plugs!! The price was highly competitive and significantly cheaper than else where. James is highly knowledgeable, skilled and above all friendly along with being customer focused. James and his team did an amazing job getting my Passat back on the road. Not an everyday issue, but they diagnosed,, sourced part snd fixed my car quickly and very professionally. I’d have had to wait 3 weeks for the dealer repair and triple the price I’m so glad I went to JL Prestige. Greatvguys, terrific service.

Probably the best Audi specialist in Melbourne. Has a massive transmission fault and a coolant leak that has lasted over a month. A few shops give absurd quotes or weren’t all too much help. But the James and his team were so helpful, amazing and very professional. They diagnosed the issue quick. Gave me a full explanation on why this happened and what can be done next and the best quote I’ve gotten out of all the other shops I’ve visited. Would recommend them without a second thought if your Audi needed to be looked at
