Extremely pleased with the calibre of the work, communication and reasonable pricing from the team. They worked on my rotor replacement and fixed a clunking issue that other shops missed, including Audi Burwood. For the first time ever, I look forward to coming back to a mechanic. Thanks team.
James and the team gave my Audi s3 a major service yesterday; engine, dsg, haldex, filters and plugs!! The price was highly competitive and significantly cheaper than else where. James is highly knowledgeable, skilled and above all friendly along with being customer focused. He is extremely easy to get in contact with and goes above and beyond explaining what needs to be done and why. I will hands down be taking my car there agian for future services and repairs. Thanks for the great customer service, care taken with my car ... read more
James and his team did an amazing job getting my Passat back on the road. Not an everyday issue, but they diagnosed,, sourced part snd fixed my car quickly and very professionally. I’d have had to wait 3 weeks for the dealer repair and triple the price I’m so glad I went to JL Prestige. Greatvguys, terrific service.
Great professional workshop, fair pricing, and quick quality work
Big thank you to James and the team, very knowledgeable staff. James went out of his way to sort out my car for roadworthy even with busy schedules, great service!
