This company went over and beyond for me, especially on a weekend. After calling a previous company to come out and was informed that I would have to spend over $1k for repairs on my A/C unit, I contacted this company. He came out on a Sunday and verified the problem. Basically, the fan motor from a very unique unit failed, but he called first thing Monday morning to see if the motor was still in warranty, retrieved it, and installed it before noon on Monday.
