I contacted Jose to fix two ovens, one for my 89 year old mom and one for me. He asked for payment up front which should have tipped me off, but he used his "people skills" as he referred to himself & acted like a man of God, so we gave him $534 in full to repair the ovens. He never kept his appointments or returned any calls. I've filed reports with the Ashtabula County Sheriffs Dept., the Better Business Bureau, and today I'll be working with the Prosecutors Office and Attorney General. Really Jose? Really. You have been doing jobs for us for quite a few years and now you take my money and disappear without doing the work. REally?
Did not return money owed to us
As of 1/11/2019 had him come out he took $270. Deposit for parts and has not contacted us about finishing job. Have called several times he won’t answer or respond. Have sent two messages to his page no response and after looking at his reviews it seems he does this to a lot of people! Take there money and runs.
Been over 3 weeks still hasn't finish job. paid in full no return calls
He's a crook!! He lies about what's wrong with your appliances and charges you for so called new parts he gets. What a shame we have someone like this in our community!!
