Wish I could give them 0 or minus honestly! They are pathetic. There are better clinics out there than these people. They don’t have vaccines and they don’t do proper billing. I had to waste so much time and energy because of them calling the clinic, insurance, and everywhere. They looted me last year too. I swear not going back to these people ever. Save your time and stay away from Jiva!!!
