Really nice group of people here. Everyone was welcoming. Sarg taught a few deep half techniques which were new to me. I love learning new stuff. If you’re in the area hit them up!

I’ve been visiting from California for the past week, and decided to come here to train. Sarg is an awesome instructor being both extremely knowledgeable, and patient at the same time. If I lived anywhere in Connecticut, I would not hesitate to make this my home gym and train every day. It’s definitely the place I’m going whenever I visit in the future.

Jiu Jitsu Life has become a habit. The first healthy one I've had in years. I hit the Fight Fit class every morning and it's changing my life. Brian is a great coach, who motivates you with your own pride. I love working out here.
