Arrival 30 mins before appointment time still wait more than one and half hour. There is no management and appointment need be more serious .
So cunfusing calling to make an appoitment they hanging up many times
We arrived on time for our appointments somehow some person who was late for 1 hr got to do the exams before us. We ended up waited extra 2hrs for our exams! This is ridiculous.
