The benefits to using a company like Jim's opposed to ride share, for example, is the drivers are very experienced and know the ins and outs, especially for special events. We avoided nearly all traffic and had parking right at the front of the venue. Additionally, you can legally drink in the sedan. Lastly, the sedans are typically nicer than ride share cars.
