I had a very pleasant experience with Jimmy and his team. Jimmy’s Auto Service was the only shop to give me a call back with a quote within a reasonable amount of time. Jimmy was very courteous over the phone and took the time to call and let me know that they were going to get started. Jimmy also cares enough to ask for an update on your vehicle’s condition the next day to ensure that everything is running good. After a long night drive from Lake Wylie, SC, to Charleston, my 16-year-old daughter and I were exhausted and ready to settle in. Just before reaching our hotel, my Volvo started having issues.
