Not recommended dealership In NAPA COUNTY! It’s been a 100 DAYS TODAY when I got my car back from this dealership, and yet I DON’T HAVE MY PLATE NUMBER. I Spoke with the managers “KEN” & “MARIO” but they rarely response on my message and call. I’m so so disappointed on them and this dealership, and they asking me to take care of my own plate number and asking me go to AAA OR DMW to apply for a plate. I just met a few new friends at Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet in Napa. Bernard helped me with the black Camaro on special. Joe the senior salesmen told me that if anyone could make this deal happen, Bernie could. Justin the sales manager was so cool because he refused to stop working on my loan.
