I find it a little strange that a restaurant would have the ingredients that I want to order ......but for some reason they couldn't sell them to me. Isn't that basically the only thing a restaurant needs to do? More specific.....I wanted mozzarella cheese on my turkey club sandwich but this place informed me they do have the mozzarella but could not put on my sandwich. Hopefully all the bad experiences I had with this location is because this is a store that works very closely with the mentally challenged and other special needs people. I can’t be mad at a special needs person for trying! So I guess I might have to find another location that can service me how I would like to be serviced on my lunch breaks so that I can know my food will be made correctly. First time eating at Jimmy John's! I'm not one to give a bad review and possible a one time thing but my sandwich here was lacking everything but the bread. Very disappointing first time. That's all bread in pictures.
