Rachael at the drive thru today was super patient and helpful. She even showed us how to activate some of our rewards. She is excellent at putting customers first and at providing exceptional customer service. I do miss Jimmy John’s being super fast but that’s at all Jimmy’s.
I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. The food served was unacceptably cold. Upon contacting your team on April 27th, I was informed that the toaster was out of order, a detail that was not communicated to us at the time of our visit. Specifically, the gyro was served cold, resulting in the bread disintegrating, which made the meal unpalatable, especially considering the price paid.
