This is an update from my original: This shop owned up to some mistakes that were made and have been willing to work with me to resolve an issue I've had with wobbly wheels. Originally they over-torqued my lug nuts at 105 ft-lbs instead of the manufacturer's recommended 76-80 ft-lbs and forgot to remove the original balances on the wheels. This has since been resolved but I am still left with wheels that are wobbling at 70-80mph (I start feeling it at 50mph), even after a second balance, inspection, and full alignment at ano... read more
Great place if you need fast and cheap service but know what you're getting and make sure to get a good follow-up done afterward. I did a quick inspection after I saw they over torqued my lug nuts from the manufacturer's specifications (and some were way over). After getting wobbly wheels on the freeway driving at 70-85mph, I took my car to another shop and found out that they had forgotten to remove the original tire balances and incorrectly balanced others.
