Went in to get my oil changed on my 2014 Chevy Equinox on 3/3/2025 & after they had finished, I was surprised to find out from the Lube Tech that my car wouldn't start. I had to call for a local tow since their truck was being repaired, and my mechanic was up in Joliet(ended up being a $230 tow). We got stranded in Morris until that Thursday($250+ in motel costs & other misc. costs because our stuff was stuck in the SUV which is our home & walked on foot to the nearest motel) since my mechanic was so busy and had to take an ... read more
