I highly recommend Jimmy Chao to help you on your journey to rent or buy a new property! From the first minute I started communicating with Jimmy he was amazing! He was the agent for the owner but clearly cared about helping me rent the apartment of my dreams! He made every part of the experience go smoothly and was very warm , kind, and easy to communicate with! I am new to the area and was trying to find a place on my own. A friend recommended Jimmy to me. I had never thought to hire a realtor to find an apartment! Jimmy found me a great apartment, helped me through the application process, and has assisted me in getting acclimated to the area.
