ive been a long time customer, until today. logged in on an e-mail link and very disappointed to see fur pom-pom's. the description does not indicate "faux" fur. the only being that needs a real fur tail is the animal who had it hacked off. please tell me the fur isn't real. until then, im taking my business elsewhere. come on jimmy bean's you can do better. martha

Customer service is Top Notch they will help you even when not sure of combining colors or different blends/types of yarn
So far I can only rate them on the Tosh mystery shawl club but it has been so wonderful! I'm not usually big on not knowing what a project will look like at the end but I couldn't pass up on getting a surprise color of Madeline Tosh yarn every month that is unique to the shawl club. I even ordered an extra skein of one color which was a very easy process as well. The club is like Christmas every month for $10 a month. Can't wait to hopefully visit the store later this year when we swing through Nevada!

I visited the Jimmy Bean store and warehouse during the Jimmy Bean retreat in Reno in June 2018. The store was incredible. The design was fabulous with each room featuring several yarn dyers. The room's design was unique and colorful and displayed items knitted in the featured yarns. Colors and textures were used to create interesting spaces. The staff were amazingly helpful. This was the best part of my trip. Thank you.
